With over 30 years of brewing experience on three continents, Wolfgang is even more passionate about beer today than when he first became an apprentice brewer in Germany. His philosophy is simple: if you select only the best raw ingredients and combine them with discipline, passion and a quest for purity and taste, you will create a great beer. After 10 years of growing success and local fame, Wolfgang was approached by CBC to become their first Brewmaster. For him, this was both a calling and a challenge – to learn, to try new things and to share his expertise with a new generation of brewers.
