10th Anniversary Pilsner 500ml Can

On Christmas Eve 2012 our Brewmaster Wolfgang Koedel pressed the button and began brewing the first batch of beer on our brand new plant situated on Spice Route Destination in Suider Paarl Road.

What a journey we have traveled since that day.

An adventure such as ours is surely not for the faint-hearted, we had to fight and weather quite some storms since then. But hey, after all, we’re just off the coast from the Fairest Cape.

We never left our set course to strive for Better Beers. Let’s celebrate this occasion with this limited release of an Extra Dry-Hopped Pilsner.

A must for everyone who seeks Better Beers. To be enjoyed anytime, everywhere with like-minded friends or alone.

• Alcohol: 4.5 Vol%
• Bitter Units: 28 IBU (International Bitter Units)
• Colour: Light Blonde
• Fermentation: Bottom fermented at low temperatures.
• Malt: German Pilsner Malt
• Hops: Selected German noble hops.
• Yeast: Bottom fermenting yeast strain.
• Water: Crystal clear Paarl mountain water
• Taste: Balanced bitterness with spicy and floral notes and tartness from special dry hopping with German noble hops.  5 times hopped! for extra long freshness served in a mini keg (500ml can)!  Your CBC Brew Crew Cheers!
